5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
For the avoidance of doubt and to prevent the necessity of travel to other states for legal proceedings, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including matters related to payments, refunds, or service usage) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (Indore Divisional Court).
